THOSE WHO ARE ON THE LIST AND HAVE PAID HAVE RECEIVED A PM.
Others who are turning up the day:
late ticket booking cannot guarantee a club stand space
Go to Public Parking when they arrive
After 9:30am go to the Information cabin (just across from the Tavern, track side) and seek instruction
IF THERE IS SPACE, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO COME ON THE STAND.
We only have a small area, those on here who distribute the stand pass around risk losing your spot on the stand if other people you give it to get there before you...
I hope we can fit everyone on our stand who is coming and im sure we can make space. Lets just follow the procedure?

It is OK to get a _stand_ pass for car even when the bodywork doesn't look 100% spot-on ?
It's a phase 1 with sports bumpers and phase 2 headlights, bigger alloys but no other mods. Has bonnet and side wing painted slightly brighter, I call it 50 shades of green  Hadn't have moneys to repaint yet 
Though I know this car inside out, and would like stick around, meeting the 206info crew

DJ- my brother doesn't really come on here much but he's on the info stand so with the pass you sent me is it ok to do 2 copies, 1 for him and 1 me? I haven't noticed anything on the pass to say it's for my car so thought i'd best check with yourself 1st

The parade lap will be on the Sunday at 11:40. Who is going on the sunday? Speak now else I will cancel the parade lap as I will not be there to be "organiser" so someone needs to provide their name and phone number.
There is also a form that I will have to get across to those going on the Sunday who wish to be on the parade lap. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON TRACK WITHOUT THE FORM I HAVE.

Is info meeting just outside castle combe so we all drive in together or are we just going to drive down to the stand and sort everything out there?
