The alternator on my 206 (2002 gti) is fluffed!
the code is CL7. i can get a hold of a few second hand but they are CL8, CL6 etc, etc.
Was just wondering if any other type alternators will fit/work as normal? as £130+ for a new one does'not interest me! lol.
P.s what a pain in the a**e 2 get out!!!!
Thanks!!

Just go get a service / exchange unit from your local motor factors.
2nd hand / used parts like this are not worth a w**k.
