Hey guys, need some help with my sump, wondering if there is a walk through on here or if there is some helpful chap out there who would briefly talk me through it. Its a 2002 206 GTI 138. Help would be much appreciated!

fairly simple if you are fairly good at mechanics. Problem bolts are those at the bell housing end which need a long thin socket to reach them.
It pays to check you can access all bolts before you start then work your way around them with something supporting the sump pan. A small amount of sealer is required for re-assembly.... the dipstick tube also needs to be removed to aid your progress

I think I can tackle it, cheers for the advice. I have heard that parts of the air con system are in the way, is this correct?

It's just the lower bolts on the air con pump. Just take them out.
