I've had an annoying whining noise on my 180 for a while now. Sounds like its coming from the aux belt somewhere. The whines pitch changes with revs. Now tho my car is struggling to start. It hesitates but always starts. Any one know what it could be? It doesn't sound like a squel from the belt :-S Thanks

Induction kit or air filter? Sounds like you have an air leak somewhere have you changed anything like thus recently?

If the car struggles to start it would suggest the aux belt is slipping and not giving enough drive to the alternator to charge the battery properly
