how do i remove the bolt i have a new one the old one is rusted ive tried wd40 but wont budge any ideas?

If your still stuck and youve tried a really good lever on the boot end once the wd40 soaked in try this...
the spare tyre in place will allow some give and the end of the bolt is a hook sort so try jacking up the cradle near to the bolt and once the slack and play is taken right up you should be able to prize the hook end over the cage and drop the cradle down...now you have access to cut the bolt off easily..
