My airbag light is on (2003 LX) the garage said it needs a new airbag ring, but these are expensive and can cost £300? does anyone know the cost of these? would it be an easy job for a relative to do?

Euro car parts sell the com 2000 units & there good quality Valeo ones. Its the complete headlamp / wiper stalk unit you need to change as its all in one. A new Valeo com 2000 unit from Euro would be just under £150 tops at the moment + whatever the labour charge to fit the unit. Need to know the spec of com unit fitted to the car to get an exact price / match.

I had mine fixed by a guy in Bradford. eBay Took the car to him and he removed it from the car fixed it in about 30 minutes and all good now
