Tilts forward ok but wont slide forward like the drivers side. Simple fix?

Bump 100% same problem I looked underneath once, looked like under passenger's seat in the slide/tilt mechanism a plastic latch is missing, which looks like white small cylinder. Driver's side has it. Will look into other Peugeots at FCS this weekend
