Gti 180:

- Intake manifold deep cleaned and re sprayed silver.
- Exhaust manifold pressure tested deep cleaned and re sprayed silver and heat wrapped in order to discard sub frame heat shield.
- Engine cover re sprayed silver
- Rocker cover seals changed
- Engine cleaned
- Oil filter and oil changed
- new coil pack
- injectors cleaned and tested
- sensors cleaned: throttle body, MAP, VVT, Cam sensor and coolant temp sensor.
- Various badges and decals to go on.
- Boot LED rigged up and Boot 3 way LED cig charger in boot rigged to mains on and off switch in the glove box.
- Foot well LED's rigged up to ash tray light circuit.

Still to be carry out.

- AVO all round coilovers and dampers 35mm/40mm ??
- New top top mounts & bearings
- Anti Roll bushes and maybe engine mounts
- CAT flexi pipe to be heat wrapped
- Peugeot SP arches
- Peugeot SP mud flaps
- Laguna Splitter
- Glove box charger
- SP foot pedals to be anodized red
- Main lights & fogs to be masked and HID conv..
- Repeaters tinted
- Alloys Refurb & debadged Plus Red pin strip and decals

It sounds like it's had a good bit of TLC! I have a mental list of what I'd like to do to mine and it includes most of those thing! Has any of it managed to solve your running issues?!

The manifolds interest me - any pictures of them? What paint did you use on the exhaust manifod?! I imagine with the manifold being wrapped you've also removed the heatshield actually attached to it?

will take some for you mate, haha well still got to finish the exhaust manifold off but yea it feels more responsive and is not misfiring BUT it is still running lumpy. so hopefully the exhaust manifold sorts out the blow and will be okay FINGERS CROSSED. going to stick the code reader on it to morrow make sure everything has cleared.

probably get a new MAP, VVT And CAM shaft sensor if the juddering persists, and one which on of these causes pinking??
