2nd question in a week!,sorry keep bloody mithering.

Anyway had car for MOT today,,mechanic picked up on oil back of engine, and said its the air-con sensor,,it is leaking loads of fluid, must admit.
Ive got home and it looks like the pipe its on is to do with the power steering,,and the power steering resivour is empty!!

Can anyone just ID that it is power steering and if I buy it its just a case of unbolt this one and bolt the new,no special tool or bleeding of the fluid needed after when toped up?

here is a picture of the valve

Looks like the PAS pressure sensor to me. Very similar to the one on the GTi but a different location.
