So Iv had my 206 just over a month now, liking it so far although Iv rarely been out driving! Perks of having a workvan, anyhow.. It seems to sit pretty high of the ground. I havnt measured the distance between the ground and the body or the gap between the tyre and the wing. Is this normal ?

Looks pretty normal to me, would look a lot better 30/40mm lower mind you.

Depending on engine/gearbox/steering and tyre size the ride height should be between Front 123mm and 133mm (+12/-10mm) Rear 123mm to 133mm (+14mm/-11mm) Measurements are taken between the road and jacking points.

Thanks for the replies guys!

Im thinking of lowering it tbh. Just not a cool look sitting as it is ha. Also planning on getting some 307 17" alloys plus a better spoiler on the rear plus a major service, cam belt, oils, coolant and a general look around.

With lowering it, what do you guys suggest ? Coilovers or spring swap on the front ? Also what brand springs or coilovers ? Seen a few sets on fleabay for £130 new, any good or worth dodging ?

What make are the OE standard for the front spring/damper assembly ? Both front struts are Delphi on mine. Is it wise to fit lowering springs to OE dampers/struts ? Cheers
