hi new to the forum so greetings to all.
a lady i know has probs with her 206.
1. sometimes when she turns the ignition off after a journey it will not restart. if left for about half an hour it then starts.
2. the wipers come on sometimes for no reason, even when it is sunny outside.
3. the indicators stop working completely.
all problems are random and intermittent, any ideas and would they all be related?
thanks in advance

start off by changing the comm unit, That should fix the indicator and wiper issue.
Other issue sounds like an immobilizer issue..

Just behind the fuse box panel to the right of the drivers knee.

The starting issue could be the starter motor, the brushes inside can stick when hot, then when left to cool down can free up again.
Next time it does it try tapping the starter motor a few times and see if it frees up the brushes, if that works then you know its the starter motor.
