Me thinks a yellow car can look nice! But it has to be subtle and done properly! Not like a child's doodle of the sun!

Paignton in Torbay, Devon? If so i've lived in Torbay all my life and not seen it personally, very small place so if you did see it here chances are it was visiting!

I've seen a yellow Y reg 206 on two seperate visits to Paignton, it may not have been this one but looks similar, once I saw it on the way to the Dartmouth ferry and another time near Quaywest
