Hi, I've got a sportex twin 2.5" back box on my xsi and was thinking of adding to it soon and was thinking a race tube, decat and possibly 4-2-1, I can get a race tube from sportex for an alright price but can't seem to find and good and reasonable decats? I just wanted a simple bolt on/off (for MOT purposes) anybody know where I can get em? Also is it actually worth getting a decat and/or 4-2-1?

I wouldn't decat anything in a 2.0 na or a 1.6 turbo.
Speaking from experience my car had better gains running a high flow car system then a decat.
If you really do want a decat and professional exhaust fabricator can make you something up using quality stuff.

Don't know sportex much to be fair,
The key thing to remeber is you car can only breathe out as well as it breathes in.
So if you haven't done panel filter upgrades etc a exhaust isn't going to make a huge difference alone.
A well made custom one can see slight gains and better response on throttle etc but nothing huge.
As my wip said I had a 1.4 16v sport and done the whole thing from race land mani to remap and only got around 11 or 12 bhp increase
