I was looking at angel eyes on ebay and it says only fits vehicles fitted with H4 lights as standard, i want these lights so is there no way my 206 will fit them? 2004 206 with h7 bulbs

Yes, there are mini adapters availiable on eBay for H7 to H4 etc.

or you could make them yourself, its fairly simple. all you need is some connectors and some wire
