Hi all.

The gears on my 180 are sometimes hard to select. Is there a certain way to realign it all as its not been 100% since a clutch change.

Thanks

I had this problem, is the feel like the gear stick excursion is not enough to select the gear? In particular, 2nd and 4th gear? I changed for the second time the selection plate that is outside the gearbox (70€). There's a ridicoulus anti friction tiny thing that breaks easily, leaving too much movement to the plate. Now I'm looking for some modification.

Well I just removed a nut below it a circle. Lift this up you will be able to pull the selector off. Leaving a shaft with two little shims. I put a little copper grease on the shaft. Carefully refitted everything. Now the gear selection seems smoother!
