Hi all,

I have a 1.1 51 plate 206. I have encountered a problem with my central locking, the key fob doesn't work so I have to lock and unlock the doors manually which hasn't been a problem until recently as the locking system appears to have gone completely. I now have to lock and unlock both doors on the car manually with the key, whereas before if I unlocked one door it would unlock everything, and likewise if I locked a door, everything else would lock.

The biggest problem I have with this is that I am unable to get into the boot as there is no lock on the boot itself and it doesn't respond to me unlocking either of the doors.

Does anybody have any suggestions as to what this problem could be and what I could do to go about repairing it?
