My seatbelt light is on but it goes out if I move my seat. I have been told by yo mechanics that I should go and see a local auto-electrician and get them to cut the connectors on both seats and the solder the together.

Is this a good idea?

Thanks
Rick

If the connector is under the seat just fit a new connector.

Do it yourself? I reckon a dodgy connector under the seat. It would be a 5 minute job.
