I have bought a new 206+ and want to change the cold metal gear knob for something warmer to the touch, e.g. leather or wood.
Can anyone tell me how to this, please?

turn 1/4 like lee said but get one leg either side of the gear stick when your pulling on the knob, you can rest your back on the roof which allows you to pull the gear knob off without your arm smacking you in the face when it comes off

So, in conclusion. Your knob is really hard, pull it to get it off.

Well, no innuendo there....

I guess to the left is anticlockwise as Lee said.

When I posted this I suppose I should have expected the innuendos Wink

Anyway, thanks to all for your suggestions and advice.

All I have to do now is buy a new knob that my wife and I will like (here we go again !!)
