my car failed on both bottom arms, I've seen this set cheap on eBay and just wanted your opinions it from a-z who are a well known autoparts supplier.

www.ebay.co.uk/itm/331...EBIDX%3AIT

I've priced them up from euro car parts and just both arms alone are £60

I'm guessing genuine parts will be expensive will ring in the morning they gotta be £30-60 per side but understand well that you get what you pay for.

About £150 per side at the dealer.
Lemforder around £70 per side at ECP

Go any cheaper and you'll pay later.

GTi versions are £120 per side from my dealer (parts only) so HDi should be cheaper.

Try mister-auto but expect to wait 3-4 days for delivery as their stock is in France.

Buy cheap, buy twice.

Down to just the 1.4 HDi. Cayman Green 2.0i CC sold.

I agree with the guys here,if the car is a keeper for now, then do the math:

Buying Cheap Spare Part=Low Quality parts=short lifetime=pay twice to replace them.
Buying fairly expensive (OEM) spare parts=Highest Quality parts=Long Lifetime

and you will forget all about it.

Piece of mind I'd go with main dealer, as previously said in thread you get what you pay for
