Hi I have just boght a 2002 peugeot 206 1.1, but the speedo isnt working and the brake lights appear to be on constantly, what could cause this fault please

Hello there and welcome to the forum! The brake light switch is a common problem, google can explain further. Found in the passenger foot well just need putting back in place. The speedo could be a few things, hook it upto a scanner with live data and see if the car knows how fast it is going 1st, this will help narrow down your search. Hope this helps. Regards, Richard.

Does the car have ABS? This could narrow down the speedo fault.
