I have a 2004 plate GTI 180. I am wanting to de badge it but I am worried that there will be a hole behind the lion that is in the middle above the boot strip.
I don't think there will be holes behind the peugeot sign. Anyone know if there's a hole behind the lion ??
Thanks
Lisa

No holes at all, all held on with a 3M type double sided sticky foam.
Heat gun/ hairdryer and some dental floss does the job.
Bug and tar remover for any sticky residue that remains.
Be warned though that it could still leaving 'ghosting' marks where the badge used to be due to paint fade.
These can be machine polished out or wet sanded if it's that bad.
