HI all,
I was preparing to to fit a new coil pack (Valeo) to my 1.1 petrol Lx and I thought I'd review a video just to be sure. In the vid, the guy removes what looks like an earth from the Securing bolt.

at about 1.45 sec
I don't seem to have that wire and connector. Is it just not on the 1.1?
Is it a big problem? Where does the damn thing originate from, in case I do have it but it's dangling somewhere I can't see?
I've a couple of long journeys planned and I don't want to screw up my 206 if I can avoid it. So if anyone has any info or a guide with pictures that would be brill.
Thanks GG

Mighty stuff. I read the thread and now I'm wondering as I'm fitting a new Valeo coil pack do I still need the condenser? And if I do is one from a scrap yard ok for the job?
I can't seem to find much about the 6555.K9 Condensor specifically.

Little update, as I was driving about in my 206 with the new coil pack and bosh super fours heading to the local scrapyard the flashing check engine light came back. I didn't manage to get the condenser yet so could that be what's causing the misfires etc...
And do all 1.1 2002 lx have the condenser?
