Any advice on this, please?
It happens after coilover install, just under acceleration; angles have been checked...

Check if your coilovers are adjusted equally for damping/rebound and height and are otherwise in good working order

Lower arms are the major culprit in this cases, but mine are new and genuine...

In my case they were also newly fitted wishbones, I was sure they were fine, so went checking through all other possibilities that might contribute to the pulling.

If your ones are genuine, that list is still useful to find the real culprit.

It's all about forces that come in effect when torque is applied to the relevant suspension components, and the extent of that relevance.

I never heard of wishbones consumption, what's the thing to check?

The two bushes of each wishbone that mount inside subframe.

Use a prybar to gently bend a wishbone up or down (when car is jacked up they are opening up nicely already on standard suspension height).
Check for tearing and general condition of rubber behind the metal ring (I assume you have the GTi wishbones)

Thanks, sorry, my fault. I thought that "wishbones" were swivel pins, not lower arms (that are new)... My fault in translation... Very Happy

Check you have the GTI arms. If they have fitted standard arms the bushes will fail very quickly .. as will cheap, low quality arms.
Down to just the 1.4 HDi. Cayman Green 2.0i CC sold.

Thanks, they are the GTi ones; but in effects I replaced a lot of them because of the GTi jointball...
Never had any issue with 1.6 gummy bushes.
