Hi there have an issue with my pug206 sw 2003 2lt hdi My dipped beam is permanently on. I have to disconnect the battery to stop it. The moment battery is reconnected it's back on. Tried fiddling with indicator stick and lights on off etc and still it remains on. Has anyone any ideas or anyone had this issue before? Everything seems to work as it should. Thanks Nick

Going by diagram 4 here it would mean one of the relays in the engine fusebox is stuck (or always told to be) on, or there's a short bridging power across the relay switch or downstream of it.

If I remove fuse 9 and 10 from BSI the dipped beam goes off
