Hi All,

Does anyone know, if I replace a battery on a 2014 308 (with start stop) do I need to code it to the car? I’ve heard some cars you do, and read here pmmonline.co.uk/techni...s-answers/ that it does!

I assumed I could just follow the standard procedure of leave car with window down 3 mins, then remove, etc,

Any help from those in the know greatly appreciated.

You would be far better of asking over on the Peugeot forum in the 308 mk II section.

Thanks Mr Bsi. Understandably, but I knew you and others had a varied and wide knowledge of PSA and experience of owning other models, rather than just the 206.

I shall check there.

Not had opportunity to work on a 308 mk II yet - mines still under Peugeot warranty.

Only thing i've done is update the sat nav maps thanks to the forum.

You can also update the touch screen firmware to the more responsive latest one if your running an older version.
