Are there any anti squeal shims on the back of your pads... I have a cheap set of pads fitted and they have a fibre anti squeal pad, Alternatively get busy with some copper grease on the rear of the pads... it helps

The spongy feel and longer travel is characteristic of upgrading to multipiston brakes.

Braided hoses wont cure this, but bigger master cylinder will. I am still collecting information which would fit. Will let you know ![Wink Wink](images/smiles/icon_wink.gif)

Can't use the 406 one due to the mtiplexed sensor on the GTi180 master cylinder. I'm thinking 407?

406 V6 one wont even fit as far as I know, its turned otherwise as in the 206 and there is no place for it. I am thinking 307. ![Wink Wink](images/smiles/icon_wink.gif)

Yeah I got that bit, but does it matter where it goes? Like in terms of distance?
Is that the right valve?
