ok so new plans are as follows.

gti front arches
rear arches rolled
20mm spacers
stretched tyres (165/50/15)
smoothed sport front bumper (number plate recess removed)
fk coilovers to lower front more
fk badgeless grill
fmic and remap

ok so another mini update Wink

heres the work i did today (inc spraying and fitting lol)
 


looked at what i need to do for fmic whilst front was off, needs fan cutting away same as yours b47t0n but i have enough space behind rad's to reuse existing fan Smile

i haven't really looked into the fan on mine lol maybe i could do will have to have a look at that later.

gutted..... existing fan was just too big even with all the extra space i had there.....

heres the fmic in tho. only on by cable ties atm as need to make some brackets

that is a massive intercooler. i would have said to big for a 1.4hdi!

its not as big as pics make out. its not very deep and is only 6" high lol....

that intercooler does look a bit big like but if it does the job Very Happy

make sure u take plenty of pics of how you plumb it in as thats my next plan

Awaiting cat removal (Done Very Happy ), FMIC, Coilovers 40mm Spax springs to be collected at fcs Smile ), And a nice set of Proxes! (done Very Happy ) roll on the summer!
