burga_hdi - 54/05 1.4 hdi 8v onyx black
well it started life with me in april april 08 as an irish import and the first mod to get done was the generic map and looked like this:

in the first 6months i had some major problems with her

firstly the input shaft bearing went so went into peugeot under warrenty to be repaired at a cost of £600 while it was in i got them to fit the spoiler

within another 3 months the car was missing on 2 cylinders, so they decided to rebuild engine, new piston rings, cylinders honed, injectors refurbd etc to the cost of £1600

i then decided to change the colour of the wheels to this as well as puting my private plate on:

i then took a day road trip with my dad to near stonehenge which was a fair few hours drive either way from my house to collect a mint gti half lether interior with the looped headrests and when we got home i cracked on with swapping it all over into my car

i then in december 08 had an argument with a roundabout in which i damaged an alloy and bent a trackrod end,and wishbone, rear stub axle and bent the rear arch out a tad

after some messing about with a preplex gti axle, and new parts to rebuild my original axle, and a gargae of which io got a bill of £360 off which didnt get paid because he gave my gti axle which had new discs pads and was in mint con to the scrap man and sorcing some vortex gti180 alloys off dave206 i believe off here the car was back on the road and looked like this

i then took a trip to tint centres in wolverhampton and for a cheap £99 had all my windows tinted, i dont have any pictures of this though

i then refurbed my alloys in gloss black to bring it to look like this

and then i though id turn sensable (to which i now regret)

and changed the shocks and springs for some off a gti180 which means the car got highered i likes it for all of 5mins and then missed the lowness

i then decided the sp aches id bought needed painting and fitting so off my bump strips and bumper mouldings came and went with the aches to be sprayed looks alot better in my opinion

then not much changed until just before info went down and i suddenly got the modding bug again

i argeed to purchase a very cheap set of sirroccos from lisa206 i beleive is was for £50 plus postage as she was moving and needed them gone
2 weeks later no alloys so i got my moneys back via paypal

i also fitted the sp bits and bobs (handles, handbrake)
then got the idea off info for the boost gague and got myself a custom 206 boost gauge holder off ebay,
so i set about fitting the com2000unit, ppt40 dispaly and 180 steering wheel

i then fitted the boost gauge and holder and fix the headunit to go off with the ignition thanks to the guide that was on here heres some pics

went to topgear performance at doncaster and was lowered (again) and while it was in got a free decat Very Happy

*UPDATE*
180 carbon centre console and door handle surrounds fitted, awaiting other carbon parts before pics taken

ordered a bit of tinting film to do headlights and fogs like ross's old gt, saw them and though it looked smart

Ross wrote:
Don't mean to hijack, but here's my smoked headlights effort...

The car is Photoshopped but the headlights are real. They're standard crystals covered in dark smoke tint film from lamin-x.co.uk.

the car is booked in to get the front lowered again by 60mm and the torsion bars ajusting, so i though while it was in and on ramps decat time Very Happy so im carless next friday for a few hours pics will be up once done

The gauge holder is a cool idea, although the gauge is hard to read (from the pics!)
