This morning, I happened to start the car without actually getting in it.

I was stood against the side of the car looking over the windscreen and noticed it had a lot of dew on it, so flicked on the wipers to 'Intelligent'.

That's when I noticed it. Where the rear view mirror is, on the OUTSIDE of the windscreen, there was an amber LED lit up. It only lights up when the wipers are set to 'Intelligent'. Which I thought was a bit curious!

Perhaps it's my old age, but in the 7 years of owning this car, I've never noticed the LED's to the top of the windscreen!

And it looks like there's another one the opposite side.
Anyone else missed them?

Is there actually another one, I couldn't get it lit up!?

I have a pic. on my phone, but it's being a little swine at the moment and not connecting to my PC properly. So I can't show that I'm not going mad! Razz

Well, that makes sense now then, pretty obvious too. Not sure why they bothered putting LED's there though, unless they actually aid the sensor in some way Very Happy

I checked this morning & couldn't see one, is it supposed to be in the rectangle sensor bit on the 'screen?

Preplexed only. The plexed sensor doesn't do this.
