Hi every one
Can anyone please tell me how to remove [from the bumper] my rear bump strip, so that I can get it resprayed. - I have tried undoing the 3 star screws but needs some thing more than that!

its just them 3 screws and pull... i got a screwdriver in either end to push the clip back that holds them on.

To do it leaving it on, 3 torx (star) screws and just pull at the mould. The other bolts will keep the bumper in place. Either that or remove it and do it but this is probably the easiest. If it has never been removed before maybe a bit stiff but will be easier next time.

you have to push the bump strip in at one end where it joins the car and pull at the same time then once youve got that bit off the rest should just gently pull away
