I dewipered my 206 makes the back more smooth,,
But havnt on the C2 i find myself using it alot more for some reason

IMO-
The rear wiper has no function for me, it's crap and I don't use it.
I don't see or understand the "kids" or "poor" comment. We can all agree that a lowered car looks better than a car at standard height it doesn't matter how cheap or expensive the suspension kit is.
I see the exact same with this. A de wiperd back looks a lot nicer than a car with it on. Maybe it's just the look you are going for and some people think it looks better with it on, don't see why but we are all allowed an opinion.

Keep it on, to me it seems utterly pointless to remove it. I suppose it depends how concerned you are that other people even notice it!

i cant see why people say it needs to be there, what about when you drive a van?
I drive a transit so when in the car have never used the rear window wiper ;/ not saying i don't use the rear mirror
