My 52 reg 2.0HDi SW has the slatted grille, and I think the honeycomb style looks much better. Having a quick look on eBay and come across these:

The listing says they are the right fit for my year car, but just wondered how easy they are to change. Is it a bumper off job?
Any advice appreciated, thanks

yes, bumper off normally but if u can get the upper grille off, and got small hands or go underneath the car u can do it like that, just pull hte clips off, ive known many lads to do that down here, my brother done mine for me

Bumper off for a proper job but I didn't bother can just push your grill into wards the engine till it pops off it's clips then bend and flex it out same to fit new grill

I changed mine with bumper on when I 1st got my car and befor I discovered this site. Have seen one or two people also do it with bumper on. Tho taking bumper off is alot easyer
