I have just notice that the left rear of my car seems lover then the other side by couple of centimetres is this normal ?

Could be the torsion bars maybe? Wild guess.
Maybe it's normal. We're you parked on a totally level surface?

possibly a sign of your damper is failing?
cheap and easy to DIY repair! no more than 40-50 quid! on a set of dampers! could even invest in uprated dampers! probaly find they are cheaper!
