What about Liverpool. This is worth a visit with the Albert Dock, Cavern Walks, etc. But if your a footie fan this is a no go area at the moment.

why not go to a few differant places ?
liverpools only 50 miles from manchester why not do a weekender
and see em both.

me and the misses are going to the lake district next month abroad costs too much for a couple of days as youve gotta book separate flights and hotels (for the days we wanted)
