How do you reset engine management light, had a dianostis test and showed up as lambda sensor before the cat. they cleared the fault, but it come back on, found out that they taped the wires together. Dont want to spend more money on another test Thanks

Easy answer: you can't without hooking up to a computer

Could try taking the batt off over night, works with some faults on some cars,
