I have a D Turbo with 17" alloys on in china blue, it also has the spoiler and lexus lights on the back... I want to put GTI 180 alloys on but it looks too high atm because it needs lowering... I was gonna put 180 springs on it to lower it slightly, but would I need to do anything first to do this?

180 spring won't lower you much. max. 10mm
