standard one
nah seriously if you are worried about it being too loud probably best to go to a custom exhaust place and ask them for one thats not too loud more of a subtle noise
i had a peco one on my old 1.4 and was quite loud so dont get one of them either

There a compny called 'Madad' That make performance exhausts that are no louder than standard. Their website seems to be offline at the mo though.
