HELP DAMSEL IN URGENT NEED PLEASE can anyone give a bit of info
ive had my pug verve 206 1.4 2005 for 5 years now and have had no problems up until yesterday when the temp went right up and my stop light was flashin and beepin.
i opened the bonnet and my water bottle was buibblin so i let it cool topped up with water (OIL WAS FINE) and kept my internal fans on and it kept cool till i got home.
can anyone tell me the symptoms for a blown head gasket or any info that could help me please

I would remove and check the thermostat first which might have failed before suspecting the head gasket.

Check the oil filler cap for emulsification on it. (or called mayonnaising as that's what it looks like). If you have, that's a good indication of a blown headgasket.
