it will be either on the inside of the door shut or on top of the strut top on the passanger side, they fit with clips but as i fould from peugeot to buy the clips cost £24, so what ive done is drilled 4 little holes in to the wings and rear quarters and self tapperd them on, holds just as well, harder for some1 to steal them and cost you nothing

depends on if your planning on keeping the car long or selling it with them on ect, for me there staying on the car when i sell it and when i only paid £20 for the arches paying £24 for clips wasnt really worth it lol. Can see your point though, just did whats best for me really.

Your paint will be EZR or possibly EYC (i think). There pretty easy to do, you can do it with a rattle can or you can get a body shop type place to do it for about £50 odd or pm Teebag he might be able to help out as hes started his own spraying business.
As for the clips id probably get the pug ones but maybe put a couple extra ones on as there not very secure but as best you need 4 on each.
Rubbers arnt essential tbf, it will scratch your paint without them but i didnt like the look of abit of rubber poking out so i pulled them off.
