We own peugeot 206's not Porsche's so why do we have to pay f*****g loads for them? We generally own low value cars at around our age which seems a hell of a lot excessive, but thats my opinion

Insurance is more about YOU than the car anyway |
That's not really true, is it Mr insurance man? because if it was it would cost me the same to insure a Ferrari or Aston Martin as it would my 206. So as my circumstances are the same, it's then the groupings they can load us up for.

I wouldn't go with Quinn personally because I was with them last year, straight after I passed. & it was £1300 FC, they sent me a renewal wanting £1600... When I could get it off Tesco for £1100.
I just shopped around & got £895 for mine TPF&T from tesco (:

Unfortunately it's all about statistics.
The insurance companies know that there is as much chance of a 17 year old in a GT3 being able to drive it properly as there is him keeping it in his pants. (this doesn't apply to girls)
It's a sad fact but the old adage "you can't beat experience" definitely applies when it comes to car insurance
It's not fair or right as my statement is stereotypical and a bit tongue in cheek but who said life was fair.
