Have you done any other engine tweaks or is it just the standalone managment on its own producing more power?

Just management for now, but it does have a de-cat and competition exhaust.

I used a new "fine wood" blade in the jigsaw. trick is to not let it get hot and start to melt the plastic as you cut it. The stickers we made ourselves. My mate has a vinyl cutter so we borrowed it and already had the designs done off my other mates Puma. These ones are coming off though as they were a rush job and They are going on again but black and red.

Thanks for all the positive comments. Things will calm down for a while now as I have a few other projects on the go that need finishing off over winter but I'll keep this up to date with the engine rebuild.

Sorry to copy you again but where did you get your dash from? How does the speedo work does it take a signal straight from the gearbox?

Dash is from www.digitalspeedos.co.uk I haven't got the speedo working yet as I didn't have time before the track day and haven't been in the garage since! If it won't work off the standard speed sensor you can use the one which comes with the dash and just point it at a drive shaft. There are loads of different settings in the dash though depending on what type of speed pulse it receives so it will probably work ok once set up right. I also need to sort the fuel gauge out too, again, probably just needs setting up on the dash.

Wheel stud kit arrived from Peugeot Sport a while ago, but only just got round to fitting them. They are far better than wheel bolts and make life so much easier.

Group N competition engine mounts came yesterday so started fitting those. Only doing the top mount and gearbox mount for now as the lower one can be done once the diff arrives and I have the shafts off.

New one on the left old on the right

And the gearbox mount was from Vibratechnics, vibra-technics.co.uk/p...asp?id=481
