question apart from the limited number plate attached to the car is there any other way to tell its genuine
got 2 I am interested in one worries me as its on a Y plate which means it was sitting around for a while before being registered if genuine which is feasible down side to that of course is as it was registered after 01/01 its road tax is higher than the earlier cars
Anyway aprt from the obvious bumper and front arch lips is there anything that will tell me it genuine
as in Chassis number recognition etc

OK not sure if any one still keeps a track of this register but today I picked up no 1157 really please it with a few minor faults to rectify but 3 owners and 75K with some history so now to restore it to perfect
first job is chuck away the crap Lexus rear lights and fit some standard ones
