Winter tyres really make a night and day difference, you just have to look at the videos on youtube tests to see that.
Saying that, I haven't bothered because I don't have a spare set of wheels to put them on, I don't want to spend the money, and I don't NEED to drive anywhere.

Mine is on a set of budget Marshall tyres and going fine.
Man up and go play in it i say lol...
Ok im 35 and been driving since i was 17 so use to driving in snow but come on i overtook somebody in a 4x4 yesterday as they were doing 5mph.
I was only in my little 1.4 lx.
I love my skinny wheels that are working fine in this weather..

It's amazing the number of clowns out there that drive with 6 inches of snow on the roof and all the lights covered too.
4x4 owners amaze me when they seem to think all wheel drive makes then invincible. They don't seem to realise that 4wd just helps them go, they have no more cornering or stopping ability that a 2wd car.

Well they'll surely have better engine braking with all 4 wheels being slowed, but agreed otherwise.
