On my way home from work I noticed a slight layer of frost on the floor so I got giddy and gave the hand brake a work out around a few steady corners.
How ever I over shot one to slide into the curb, wasn't a big bump or anything. A gently knock at the most. But as I've been driving ive noticed the steering wheel is slightly to the left while going straight. Have I damaged something or is it an easy fix.
It's nothing major just bugs me a little.

Well, you've definately bent something, probably the lower wishbone, and it's knocked the tracking out (hence the steering wheel position has moved) , you need to have it looked at because if you continue driving it in its current state you will scrub your tyres.

I have to be honest doing that on a public road no matter how small or quiet it is, is plain stupid.... What if taht day a car decided to use that road, and they you go handbreaking round the corner.... Ouch.

agree in every single way. save handbrake turns for private areas away from public.
not worth the risk at best damage your car little like you have
at worst kill some innocent person due to being stupid.
or
dont do it cars fine and everyone else is fine...... no brainner for me mate.

It's impossible to 'knock the tracking out' without first bending something.

congratulations. ask your mum for a new wishbone or trackrod for xmas because one of those will be bent

lol. I personally wouldn’t risk stressing any of the components of my car unnecessarily. Handbrake turns is asking for something to break 
Make sure you get it repaired as you will mince your tyre if it’s not aligned correctly.

Thanks for all be concerned about my handbrake turns here, I'll have you it was 5 o'clock in the morning and it leads on to my drive way, therefore being safe.
Have we any idea of the maximum I could end up paying for?

Doesnt really matter what time of the morning it was, its still a stupid thing to be doing on a public road.
As for the cost of repair you would best of getting it looked at as it could be anything from a bent/broken wish bone, bent track rod end, damage to the suspension.
