for some tie now, every now an again i start my car and every warning sign comes up, brake fault, airbag fail, esp fault, engine managment etc, it stays on for a while, maybe a couple o days later it goes away

any ideas?

I would check the state of the battery, alternator charging out put & the connections.

Also try a BSI reboot.

They don't though.

Only certain warning lights come on at the pre start check Wink

yeah but after i start the car the are on, and the warnings come up on the centre consol, nah the oil pressure dont, when u start driving it takes about 3 m ins before the speedo will work aswell when this happens

Id get the battery checked first, my 180 would get the airbag faults when starting on very cold mornings, but they would clear if you turned it off and restarted it. New battery solved it for me.

battery drained from start up and the alternator is then charging it back up and the lights then go off. at a guess and agreeing with above.
