So I have a silver XSI and am thinking of putting these side racing strips (Item number: 230369524008) i found on Ebay but I cant decide what colour to choose, Have a look and then let me know what you think. And Pink is not a option even if my wife thinks so.

Being a 2002 model, your car will have black sidestrips unless you've sprayed them. It would look awful with black sidestrips and racing stripes.
(note that the photo on ebay is with colour-coded sidestrips, not black)

Good point, The car is booked in for all the strips to be sprayed so i'm planning ahead. Have ordered a spoiler which is only primed so waiting for that to arrive so i can do the lot in one go.

Don't really matter what colour you have them in, they'll still look chavy.

Can't be very good if the image is a drawing..i'd imagine if it looked good (Which I can't imagine) they'd use an actual image of the product on a 206.

That drawing is an outline that all signmakers use to design on. They are exactly at the right size for the vehicle (with a little tolerance) so you can design your graphics on there and it will be exactly right for the car.
I can't imagine any ebay seller just fitting these to every model of car they sell for and taking pictures - that would cost a LOT of money in wasted vinyl, time and effort.
