My headlights are home-made masked crystals so probably not sealed properly so now and again the insides of the lense condense. Also my rear lights have a few tiny drops of water stuck in them. I know i can take them apart and reseal them but does drilling a tiny hole in them actually work because if so i'll do that it seems much easier Laughing

Stick them back in the oven, to melt the glue and reseal them. Maybe even use some silicone to seal them even more.

Yeah drilling a hole does work.

Nah I was been serious Laughing

Drill the hole on the underside so its not noticeable.

because people don't like taking a drill to lights, and like them in perfect condition

The drilling wont stop the condensation, it will stop the water collecting at the bottom of the light (providing you drill the hole in the correct place)

Most cars' rear lights get condensation, but most arent clear (see through) plastic, no you don't notice the condensation.

How often do your rear lights condensate?

Haven't got a pic but we all know what they look like.

Being the picky sort - I really hate it when people say this. Yes we all know what it looks like - but we all want to see the condition that yours is in!

The rears don't condense, just a little bit of water gathers in them, fronts condense (well the passenger side lol)
