Hi all, my speedometer seems to have gone crazy on the car.

All the dials appear to work with the exception of the rev counter.

The needle has gone all the way past the red zone and is now hitting agaist the temperature needle.

Does anyone know how i can fix this?

FYI, its a 2000 (V) 206Gti

Does it still flicker when you rev the car?

Could try dismantling the cluster and resetting the needle.

Lee, that would imply that i support Sheffield United Smile

I'm a wednesday fan, the superior half of the city!

Could i not just buy a new speedo (well second hald) off ebay and replace? Is that feasable?

Dream on boy Laughing

We are s**t, and Wednesday are even worse Laughing

Yeah you could just get a new speedo, just make sure it comes from a 2001 or older car with less mileage than your current speedo
