Everytime i turn, i can here some "clicking " noises . Like if something was hiting or rubbing something else :s
Do you know what it could be ? :s

are they easy enough to replace it myself ? or take it to a garage ?

CV Joints? check for splits in the gaitors and grease on the inside of your wheels

easy job if you are handy with spanners
could be drive shaft gaiter which needs replacing

so, take it to a garage and get a quote as i dont know a lot about mechanics ? -.-
but im gonna have a look first tomorrow if doesnt rain .

As mentioned look to see if the cv gaiter (one directly on the back of the wheel hub behind the wheel) is split or is loose. sometimes the clips come undone and allow dirt and grit into the joint.
