Get a list made up from ecosse and buy your own parts
There is another company called Pug1off who are highly rated for this kind of work

Just for reference pug1off offered to fit a brand new engine and supply for £700+vat. that was for a 1.6 8v but I believe they can get hold of others and fit etc so you can get a rough idea from there if that helps.

Never let anybody else work out what you need, the 'experts' can overlook things and you'll get a surprise when the costs go up. Best thing to do is ask on the forum what you need in order to get a wider range of views.

2001 GTi 138, Bilstein Sprint dampers, H&R springs, 21mm Peugeot Sport torsion bars, 22mm rear ARB, Peugeot Sport Group A wishbones, 283mm discs, Goodridge stainless hoses, Maniflow 304 grade 4-2-1 2.5" manifold and system, 200 cell cat, Richard Longman head, 45mm Jenvey throttle bodies, 9.5mm TB spacers, 90mm air horns, Jenvey throttle linkage, Jenvey fuel rail, Aeromotive and Goodridge fuel fittings and braided hose, ITG sausage filter, Radtec custom radiator, Piper Ultimate Road cams, Piper vernier pulleys, Omex 600 ECU. Saxo electric PAS pump, Vibra Technics engine mounts. Samco coolant hoses, TTV steel flywheel, 4.76 final drive ratio, 307 CC 180 ratios. 2019 BMW 530i. 2017 Mercedes C300 convertible.

John knows Razz

The TU5 106 Gti's can make 180-190 with them
So a TU5s should be abit better with the better head,
And some High Comp should get over 200bhp
